We’re seeking an Editorial Projects Assistant to support our editorial department in developing compelling features and reports on countries around the world. This is an exciting opportunity to grow in the world of international publishing and work closely with senior editors, journalists, and production teams.

What You’ll Do :

  • Investigate countries, sectors, and key decision-makers (Presidents, Ministers, CEOs)
  • Support the writing of insightful articles and features across global campaigns
  • Coordinate with freelance writers and contributors, sending briefs and organising drafts
  • Pitch questions for high-level meetings and develop interview topic outlines
  • Assist with fact-checking and verifying quotes, data, and sources
  • Help manage editorial workflows and production files, ensuring readiness for print
  • Transcribe interviews and review revised texts for clarity and accuracy
  • Monitor industry trends and international developments to inform editorial strategy.
