Job summary

FeverUp is seeking an experienced Editorial Executive to lead compelling content for our Secret Media Network expansion. Reporting to the VP of Media, you will manage a growing team of editors, writers, video producers and social creatives.

You will drive editorial standards, develop a bilingual English–French voice, analyze city data, and translate business needs into creative content that grows audience and revenue. Hybrid Madrid office with flexible remote options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a newsroom, content agency, or digital media.
• Proven leadership of editors, writers, video producers and social creatives.
• Fluent in English and French with strong writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation of compelling content for Fever’s media outlets.
• Manage a growing team of editors, writers, video producers, and social creatives.
• Set editorial standards and maintain brand voice.
• Collaborate with external partners and Fever departments.
• Analyze city data and inform strategy.
• Develop audience-growth and revenue-driven content strategies.
