Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking an Editorial Executive to lead content creation and strategy for Southern Europe. Reporting to the VP of Media, you’ll steer a growing team of editors, writers, video producers, and social creatives.

Based in Madrid with a hybrid setup, you will shape editorial standards, partner with partners, analyze city data, and drive audience growth while aligning with Fever’s business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a newsroom, content agency, or digital media.
• Proven leadership with 2+ years managing editors and writers.
• Strong journalism passion and audience-focused storytelling.
• Deep familiarity with social platforms and editorial tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and growth for the Southern Europe market.
• Manage the editorial team with clear workflows and feedback.
• Collaborate to uphold high editorial standards and brand voice.
• Develop content strategies to support revenue and growth.
• Coordinate editorial work across Fever departments.
