Workplace Solutions Architect for Pre‑Sales Delivery Team
We are seeking a Workplace Solutions Architect to join our Pre‑Sales Delivery team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a solutions architect in digital and desktop environments, including a minimum of 2 years leading large-scale proposals and designing complex, multi-technology architectures and managed workplace services.
Key Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the technical architecture, costs, and pricing of solutions.
- Design solutions in formal offer documents based on client requirements.
- Lead the presale/bid process for new business opportunities, coordinating solution architects throughout.
- Ensure architecture features and services meet non-functional requirements such as security, performance, and reliability.
- Produce high-level designs and supervise low-level designs and related technical documents.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to deliver benefits while reducing risks through automation and request remediation.
- Leverage hands-on customer experience and proof-of-concept to educate and engage customers, partners, and coworkers.
- Evaluate existing workplace strategies, conduct TCO analysis, and consider security aspects within the workplace solution framework.
Requirements & Skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present solutions effectively.
- Skills in ITIL, PMP methodologies, and experience designing Agile/Scrum services.
- Experience implementing methodologies and processes in IT services.
- Experience in transforming and evolving IT workplace services.
- Architecture design for workplace solutions and migration from on-premise to cloud environments, especially Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Experience in technology consulting, infrastructure transformation, digital transformation, and workplace solution adoption.
- Ability to define strategies and roadmaps for workplace solutions.
- Conducting readiness assessments from technical and business perspectives.
- Experience managing costs and developing pricing models.
- Leadership skills in guiding multidisciplinary teams and communicating complex solutions at all organizational levels.
- Skills in designing global workplace architectures.
