FUNCTIONS

The Finance Manager ensures financial controls to prevent fund misuse, manages cost efficiency, and provides strategic financial insights. This role involves budgeting, financial reporting, and business expansion analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Control & Operations: Implement financial controls to prevent misuse of funds/assets. Manage cash flow, payables, and banking transactions. Ensure compliance with financial policies and audits. Oversee financial reporting, cost analysis, and monthly closures.
2. Budgeting & Compliance: Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. Monitor revenue/expense performance against targets. Ensure adherence to tax laws and financial regulations.
3. Strategic & Business Expansion: Conduct feasibility and location studies for future openings. Negotiate rentals for new locations. Support business growth through financial insights and cost reduction. Work closely with operations for strategic decision-making.
4. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Present financial reports to CEOs. Analyze costs, pricing, sales performance, and gross margins. Identify cost-reduction opportunities.
5. Inventory & Cost Management: Manage inventory processes efficiently. Work with recipes and costing to optimize financial outcomes.
6. Leadership & Team Management: Develop and manage the finance team. Define KPIs and evaluate performance.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2. Experience in feasibility studies and location analysis.
3. Strong knowledge of gross margins and financial reporting.
4. Expertise in rental negotiations and tax laws.
5. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
6. Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
7. Availability to travel as needed.
