Job Responsibilities :

A Mid-level SEO squad member is responsible for managing the delivery of day-to-day SEO work to Welocalize customers against their objectives and KPIs. Mid-level SEO squad members are responsible for helping identify opportunities for the customers to further improve the efficiency or quality of the work delivered.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

The following is a non-exhaustive list of accountabilities and responsibilities of a Mid SEO Squad member :

1. Overall
2. Support the lead members on the delivery of SEO tasks and client communication
3. Mentoring and tutoring junior members of the team, for example, training and up-skilling
4. Help identify opportunities to further improve efficiency or quality of work delivered
5. Proactively build internal relationships & communicate technical subjects effectively
6. Support senior team members with strategy development for larger customers, and lead strategy development for smaller customers within the team
7. Proactive analysis of data, and quality assurance of Junior SEO squad members’ delivery output
8. Define optimisation strategies for customers
9. Own the day-to-day delivery of SEO work against customer objectives
10. Work towards becoming a trusted advisor to clients through the communication of day-to-day performance management and strategies for short-term performance improvement
11. Advocate best practices in processes and tasks required to support SEO delivery
12. Help deliver more complicated tasks i.e. across technical, analytics deliverables
13. Ability to discuss and present technical recommendations and opportunities
14. Own projects from sales support to delivery
15. Actively contribute to client retention and growth by demonstrating the value of the activity
16. Understand and be able to explain SEO best practices
17. Lead meetings and communication around day-to-day delivery for clients
18. Demonstrate more than technical competency, for example, commercial awareness, or project management skills

REQUIREMENTS Experience

• At least 2 years of supporting SEO tasks and delivery
• Ability to leverage tools and processes to further improve our product and service offering
• Demonstrable impact on insights and delivery

Skills & Knowledge

• Drives successful results for themselves and their team members on their customers
• Builds strong relationships with customers
• Ownership of a customer’s KPIs
• Able to carry out different kinds of work, including strategy, planning and implementing a plan across customers
• Able to carry out quality assurance of junior team members' work
• Naturally curious and starting to challenge the way things are done in a mature and professional way
• Basic delegation of tasks usually handled by junior team members
