Store Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor (SM Hypermarket Cadiz)

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's / College Degree in any field.
  • Required languages: Filipino, English
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the Retail Industry.
  • Required skills: Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, people management, coaching, and merchandising skills.
  • Preferably with supervisor experience or 5+ years of experience in sales, retail, or related fields.
  • Amenable to work in SM Hypermarket Cadiz.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve and grow the store’s sales targets.
  • Set up gondolas and merchandise displays effectively.
  • Manage daily store operations efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store environment.
  • Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
  • Greet and serve customers professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements to maintain store reputation and stability.
  • Recruit, select, train, coach, discipline, and evaluate employees.
  • Provide guidance to the team for effective operations.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for employees and customers.
  • Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
  • Stock and order necessary items and small notes.
  • Update and report sales, staffing, and operational data to HQ and superiors.
  • Send relevant documents to HQ and superiors.
  • Operate within established guidelines and SOPs.
  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager.
