Job Responsibilities :

A Mid-level SEO squad member is responsible for managing the delivery of day-to-day SEO work to Welocalize customers against their objectives and KPIs. They help identify opportunities for improving efficiency or quality of the work delivered.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

The following is a non-exhaustive list of accountabilities and responsibilities of a Mid SEO Squad member :

• Support the lead members on the delivery of SEO tasks and client communication
• Mentor and train junior team members, including up-skilling efforts
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency or quality of work
• Build internal relationships and communicate technical subjects effectively
• Support and lead strategy development for clients, depending on size
• Analyze data proactively and ensure quality of junior members’ work
• Define SEO strategies for clients
• Manage daily SEO delivery aligned with client objectives
• Build trust with clients through performance management and strategic advice
• Promote best practices in SEO processes and tasks
• Handle complex tasks, including technical and analytics deliverables
• Present technical recommendations effectively
• Manage projects from sales to delivery
• Contribute to client retention and growth by demonstrating value
• Explain SEO best practices clearly
• Lead client meetings on daily delivery
• Demonstrate skills beyond technical knowledge, such as project management and commercial awareness

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE

• At least 2 years supporting SEO tasks and delivery
• Ability to leverage tools and processes to enhance products and services
• Proven impact on insights and delivery
