Userguest is a Venture Capital-backed company providing very innovative solutions to independent, boutique, hotel groups and hotel chains. Userguest’s software helps hotels improve their website performance and better convert their visitors into bookings. As Userguest accelerates its growth, we are seeking the ideal candidate join our Account management team – EMEA based. The candidate must have experience in hospitality, account management and mostly search engine marketing (SEM – Google ads and Facebook). Eager candidates will be highly regarded.

Userguest is currently looking for a SEM Account Manager to join our team and work on new exciting projects.

Responsibilities :

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and video calls to provide support and build long-lasting relationships
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns for our clients.
  • Optimize existing accounts and implement SEM best practices
  • Run Facebook paid campaigns based on customers’ needs and strategies
  • Set up regular reporting and strategy calls with customers
  • Proficient in setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking pixels on Google ads and Facebook
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive engagement, applying companies cs guidelines and best practices
  • Act as the main point of contact throughout the customer engagement
  • Actively identify customer challenges and suggest better solutions
  • Act as a customer’s trusted advisor and partner

Requirements :

  • Proficient in English & French (Another Spanish language will be a big plus)
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Techy profile with a Good understanding of e-commerce technical concepts : tracking solutions, Google tag manager, and website scripts.
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in hospitality tech and marketing is essential
  • Experience running Google ads and Facebook campaigns a MUST
