maxon Barcelona is seeking a Test Engineer – Automation Focus to strengthen our software and hardware testing efforts. You will drive test automation, contribute to CI/CD integration, and ensure robust testing across systems and products in an international environment.

Applicants should have 4–5+ years in testing, strong Python programming skills, experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Git, and ISTQB knowledge.

• 4–5+ years of experience in testing and test automation.
• Strong programming skills (Python preferred) and experience with automation frameworks.
• Familiar with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and version control systems (Git).
• Understanding of testing methodologies, test design, and defect management.
• Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams (software, hardware, embedded).
• Comfort working in an international setup, collaborating with global teams and external partners.
• ISTQB knowledge or testing certifications.
