You will join us between July and October 2025 and complete a 1-year fully immersive graduate programme. Join our dynamic team managing state-of-the-art pilot projects featuring advanced membrane technology solutions. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies including UF, MBR, NF, RO and Electrodialysis Technologies, while directly engaging with customers and industry experts across Europe.

This role offers exceptional development opportunities, combining technical expertise with project management skills. You'll collaborate with process engineers, commercial teams, and product managers while contributing to innovative water treatment solutions for both municipal and industrial applications.

Day-to-Day Duties :

  • Learn to coordinate pilot equipment preparation and testing
  • Develop skills in commissioning and de-commissioning pilot equipment
  • Train in providing technical support and troubleshooting
  • Learn to prepare project documentation and workplans
  • Gain experience in collecting and evaluating operational data
  • Develop expertise in preparing technical reports and presentations
  • Support pilot fleet technical enhancement initiatives
  • Participate in project kick-off meetings with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

Ideal Skills and Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or Environmental Engineering
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian - other European languages are useful
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Willingness to travel within Europe for short assignments
  • Practical approach to problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft tools
  • Valid driving licence
  • Interest in water treatment technologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good time management and prioritisation skills
