Seeking a Self-employed Immigration Lawyer

Our firm is an international company providing immigration and global mobility services, headquartered in the United Kingdom. We are looking for a self-employed immigration lawyer with a high level of English and at least 3 years of immigration experience to join our team.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and advise on all aspects of immigration law, including preparing documentation for visas, residence permits, naturalizations, and other legal procedures related to foreign nationals.
2. Work closely with both individual and corporate clients to provide effective immigration solutions.

Requirements

• Registered lawyer
• Minimum of three years’ experience in immigration law
• Knowledge of Spanish immigration legislation
• Strong teamwork, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in office tools and legal systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced level of English
• Experience with procedures such as:
• Non-lucrative visa
• Digital nomad visa
• EU family member card
• Work authorization under the Entrepreneurs Law
• EU registration certificate
• Student visa
• Investor visa
• Family reunification
• Long-term residence
• Self-employment (including modifications)

What We Offer

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Annual contract income: €33,000 - €40,000 gross, depending on experience, paid in 12 installments.
