Job Title

Business Information Security Specialist

Summary of the role:

The Business Information Security Specialist supports the Business Unit Security Team (Cytric Solutions - CYT) in implementing global information security and privacy policies. Assists in monitoring and improving the business unit's compliance with corporate and unit-specific information security and data privacy policies, standards, and regulations.

In this role you will:

1. Follow existing procedures or guidelines and provide input to support decision-making.
2. Recommend new solutions and propose improvements based on analysis of various information sources.
3. Work with moderate guidance from the manager.
4. Support Amadeus internal information security processes across the global network.
5. Assist with ad-hoc security projects, including collaboration with external partners.
6. Develop and support internal security measures and reporting globally and locally.

About the ideal Candidate:

1. Proven experience in PCI-DSS compliance (e.g., v4.0), Risk Assessment, and Security Audits.
2. Technical/functional expertise in information security.
3. Knowledge of international security and data privacy frameworks (ISO, SOC, NIST, GDPR).
4. Experience with agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum).
5. Experience analyzing and implementing security requirements.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; a degree in Information Security is a plus.
7. 1-2 years of experience in a security-related role.
8. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to team development.
9. Willingness to learn and specialize further in security and privacy.
10. Proficiency in English; knowledge of German or French is advantageous.
