Job Overview

At Shakers, we are seeking a skilled Business Relationship Manager for Radisson Hotel Group, with deep expertise in SAP Cloud for Customer (SAP C4C) and SAP Marketing. This is a hybrid position based in Spain.

Your Mission

Bridge business needs and IT solutions, drive digital transformation, enhance customer engagement, and optimize processes through effective SAP C4C implementation and management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP C4C, including SDK and SAP CPI
• Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively remotely or in a hybrid setup within Spain

Responsibilities

Act as a key liaison, gather requirements, oversee SAP C4C and Marketing implementation / optimization, and lead related projects.
