Role Overview:

The Sales Specialist role is crucial to our growth. You will engage with prospects, understand their needs, and showcase how Lodgify's SaaS solutions can benefit their vacation rental business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Drive sales success across the EMEA region, managing leads in both German and English.
  • Engage Pre-Qualified Leads: Communicate with prospects evaluating Lodgify, understanding their specific needs.
  • Strategic Positioning: Identify customer requirements and effectively position Lodgify’s products and services.
  • Demonstrate Value: Showcase the benefits of Lodgify, generate interest, and address queries.
  • Online Demos: Deliver compelling online demonstrations that resonate with potential clients.
  • Close Sales: Convert prospects into customers by sealing deals with vacation rental owners.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to the growth and development of our sales team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & German.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Passion for SaaS solutions in the travel industry.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment; startup experience is a plus.
