Idipaz seeks candidates with a Degree in Biomedical Engineering to join the research group Investigación en Cardiología Clínica e Invasiva -ICCI-PAZ-, in a project funded by the Community of Madrid, led by Dr. Esther Pérez Dávid, a specialist in Cardiology.

The IdiPAZ Health Research Institute is a collaboration between the Hospital Universitario La Paz, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, the Healthcare Advisory Council of Madrid, and the Foundation for Biomedical Research of Hospital Universitario La Paz. It aims to promote multidisciplinary research and research fundraising.

In 2021, IdiPAZ published over 1,600 scientific articles, with more than 45% in the first quartile and over 16% in the first decile. The institute emphasizes collaboration, with over 81% of publications involving national or international partners.

Since its establishment in 2009, IdiPAZ has implemented policies promoting equality, diversity, and non-discrimination, aligned with SDGs and certified in ISO 9001 : 2015 and UNE 166002 : 2021.
