Job Objective

We are seeking FullStack Developers with 3-6 years of experience working as FullStack Developers with data knowledge.

The successful candidate will have a passion for working in tech teams to achieve high-quality results, designing solutions for commercial proposals, and managing tech stacks and code quality of projects.

The candidate should also be interested in creating innovative solutions, researching and developing software, and working with datasets and algorithms.

Location

Madrid Office, hybrid (2-3 days a week at home), mandatory to have fiscal residency in Spain and be based in Comunidad de Madrid.

Dubai Office, hybrid (2-3 days a week at home), based in Dubai with Dubai Work Permit VISA.

Responsibilities

Work in a tech team of Senior, Mid, and Junior FullStack Developers and AI / Data Developers, mainly working with Agents, AI Software development, LLMs, and integration with software projects.

Projects are managed by a delivery manager, allowing you to focus on technical contributions, providing solutions, reviewing code, or developing parts of it.

Participate in the company's R&D projects and in the research and testing of solutions, including internal projects related to LLMs, LMMs, Computer Vision, Digital Twins, and Synthetic Content.

Design and develop MVPs to validate new concepts and reduce time to market.

Document and present technical progress reports to the project manager.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a FullStack Developer, with the following mandatory skills:

• Experience in backend development with technologies such as Python (Flask, FastAPI).
• Experience in frontend development using React, Yarn, NPM, Vite, Tailwind CSS, HTML, CSS, and Typescript (or similar frameworks).
• Experience working with datasets: cleaning, merging, normalizing data, creating subsets for model retraining using Python libraries like Pandas or R (2-3 years).
• Experience integrating and deploying APIs, working with webhooks and databases (relational and non-relational).
• Understanding of DevOps principles and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Intermediate level of English proficiency.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of transfer learning or model training methods for foundational models (GenAI).
• Experience with software testing methodologies and tools, especially related to GenAI (e.g., Langchain, LangFuse, LangSmith).
• Knowledge of applying models to datasets for inferences in areas like computer vision or regression/random forests.
• Experience with LLMs, LMMs APIs (e.g., GPT-4, GPT-4V, Llama, Falcon).
• Knowledge of AI wrappers and community tools like Hugging Face.
• Experience with Nvidia Nemo or Nims.
