Formación

  • 3+ years in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
  • Experience with Amazon FBA and Shopify is a plus.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and strong Excel skills.

We’re on the lookout for a highly skilled Accountant to own our financial operations, ensure compliance, and optimize our profitability as we continue to expand.

Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Oversight: Manage and maintain the company's financial health by overseeing accounts, cash flow, and reconciliation.
  2. Bookkeeping & Reporting: Keep accurate financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly classified and reported.
  3. Cost Control & Profitability: Analyze expenses and identify ways to optimize margins, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
  4. Tax Compliance & Regulations: Ensure compliance with tax laws, filing deadlines, and financial regulations across different regions.
  5. E-commerce Financial Management: Handle transactions on Amazon, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms, including revenue tracking, chargebacks, and cost analysis.
  6. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist leadership in financial planning, setting budgets, and creating accurate forecasts based on data-driven insights.
  7. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage vendor payments, invoices, and supplier relationships to ensure smooth financial transactions.
  8. Auditing & Internal Controls: Establish strong financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years in accounting, finance, or a similar role, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods.
  • Experience with Amazon FBA, Shopify, and digital payment platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting software; strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
  • Knowledge of sales tax, VAT, and international financial regulations.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical with the ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights.
  • Ability to help develop game-changing financial strategies for a high-growth, data-driven e-commerce business.
