Job Title: Solution Marketing Manager, EMEA

To strengthen our market position and drive demand for our key solutions in EMEA, we are looking for a Solution Marketing Manager, EMEA to lead and execute targeted marketing initiatives for End2End, Cloud, and Incubation solutions. This role is a strategic addition to our team, aiming to increase brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and accelerate sales pipeline growth.

This is a project-based role with a duration of 12 months. The candidate should preferably be located near one of our larger offices across EMEA: Lund, Paris, Ismaning, Dubai, Luton, Madrid, Milan, or Rotterdam.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM

The Solution Marketing Manager, EMEA will report to Manager, Demand Generation – EMEA, Clara Lakhdari. Working closely with two colleagues, you will drive Demand Generation across EMEA, focusing on marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with the Business Development team in EMEA and other regional Sales & Marketing teams to design and execute impactful marketing campaigns.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A SOLUTION MARKETING MANAGER?

Strategic Campaign Development & Execution

  • Develop and implement demand generation campaigns in collaboration with Business Development and regional Sales & Marketing teams.
  • Leverage digital marketing tools to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.

Content & Messaging

  • Support creation of marketing assets with Global Marketing & Business Development Managers.
  • Ensure messaging and branding consistency across all campaigns and touchpoints.

Performance Measurement & Optimization

  • Track and analyze campaign metrics to optimize effectiveness and ROI.
  • Refine strategies based on data and market feedback.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Work with regional marketing and sales teams for seamless execution.
  • Serve as the main marketing resource for the EMEA Business Development Team.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We seek a confident, results-driven marketing professional with experience in demand generation, campaign management, and digital marketing. You should be autonomous in creating and driving campaigns focused on results and optimization, with good collaboration skills to manage stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications include:

  • Proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably in tech, cloud, or security solutions.
  • 5+ years in marketing campaigns and demand generation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business administration or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills for measuring and optimizing campaigns.

Bonus points for…

  • Experience in IT/Tech solutions roles.
  • Knowledge of additional European languages, such as French, German, or Spanish.
