Formación

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager based in Madrid or Barcelona, responsible for developing long-term relationships with our customers.

What will I be doing?
  1. Working with internal teams and clients.
  2. Providing customer feedback to internal dLocal teams.
  3. Developing effective long-term key customer relationships.
  4. Collaborating with customers to understand their goals and ambitions.
  5. Discovering customer strategic needs, initiatives, and deployment opportunities to develop aligned project plans with milestones and goals.
  6. Developing Customer Success methodologies and leading team initiatives to improve productivity.
  7. Interacting with different areas of the company.
What skills do I need?
  • Excellent communication skills, active listening, self-motivation, problem-solving abilities, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success Management.
  • Fluency in written and verbal Spanish and English.
  • Customer Success experience, preferably B2B.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in payments is a significant advantage.
  • Background in Project or Customer Success Management with a proven track record.
  • Team spirit and proactive attitude.
