Your benefits:

- Full time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00
- Salary: 30 000 euros gross/year + up to 15 000 euros gross/year in bonus

What you'll experience with us

As a Team Leader in our team, you will:

- Monitor, report and drive team performance
- Give newly hired agents feedback on their individual performance to improve and motivate their daily work
- Keep track of training and training needs to improve technical and phone communication's skills
- Coach & mentor a world-class cross-functional team:
- Have an in-depth and detailed understanding of client products to confidently provide mentorship for your SDR team
- Work in partnership with the clients SDR Managers and internal stakeholders to develop educational material, including presentations, sales scripts and relevant product/feature updates
- Develop specific training sessions based on collected call recordings.

We'll be a great match if you:

- Have a proficient or bilingual level English
- Have experience in an outbound sales, business development or lead generation role, ideally within SaaS or tech-related industry, and with a proven track record of success
- Understand the sales development process, from lead generation to opportunity creation
- Have previous experience in a leadership, management or coaching role
- Have excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people
- Are creative and have solution-driven attitude, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Can design effective training programs
- Are data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret performance metrics
- Have advanced working knowledge of IT equipment and applications: MS Windows, MS Office, industry and communication skills

It would be a plus if you have:

- Coaching experience
- Experience in presenting and communicating with executive stakeholders
