A leading supplier of specialty ingredients seeks a Production Assistant to support the production manager. Responsibilities include managing production activities, organizing work plans, and ensuring production plans are met. Ideal candidates will have experience in food production and proficiency in ERP programs.

• At least 1 year of experience in food production plants.
• Training in food safety.

Support the production manager in managing and supervising the entire production process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise production activities.
• Organize daily work plans.
• Monitor daily production and make necessary adjustments.
• Ensure production plans are met.
• Assist in production planning.
• Prepare documentation such as packing lists and labels for sales orders.
• Supervise the list of materials and collaborate with other departments.
• Ensure correct labeling and palletizing of packaged products.

Education & Experience Education :

• Proficiency in Office Suite.
• University studies (highly desirable).

Experience :

• Ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good command of ERP programs.
• At least 1 year of experience in food production plants.
• Training in food safety.
• Experience with SAP.
