We are seeking a Chapter Lead and Product Manager for the BestSecret SAP S/4 HANA Fashion Management solution in the Master Data Management (Governance) domain. You will be responsible for enabling and guiding the design and development of integrated solutions that meet current and future business needs.

Your responsibilities

1. Act as an expert in Master Data Management, maintaining recognized expert knowledge in the domain and providing definitive advice.
2. Lead the development and design of the roadmap for the current S/4 HANA Digital Core solution and oversee the delivery of planned solutions in integration with peripheral application systems.
3. Promote best practices in Master Data Governance within the organization and support process and organizational development to enhance the business model.
4. Assess external environments and emerging technologies to evaluate potential impacts, threats, and opportunities for the organization.
5. Contribute to the development of lean solution architecture, reviewing software and data modeling designs to ensure security and scalability aligned with evolving IT governance standards.
6. Manage stakeholder expectations regarding solution delivery, end-to-end process alignment, and technology stack development to support business queries and continuous improvement.
7. As a natural people and resource manager, participate in recruiting, resource allocation, and actively mentor team members.

Your qualifications

1. Operational experience in SAP S/4 HANA MDM with in-depth knowledge of core data objects such as Retail Article Master, Business Partner, Site, Seasons, Listing & Assortment, and data distribution methods.
2. Strong understanding of tech and business processes in SAP cross-functional master data management.
3. Experience with SAP Retail or Fashion solutions; prior projects in retail, e-commerce, or fashion industry are advantageous.
4. Proven experience in functional consulting with a process-oriented mindset.
5. Experience in product-led solutioning environments.
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and opinions effectively to stakeholders.
