They are now looking for a forward-thinking IT Solutions Architect to help drive innovation, consult on technical direction, and design systems that align seamlessly with client goals. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping solutions that make a tangible impact.

Main Responsibilities

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and identify areas where technology can make a real difference
• Analyze and model business processes to recommend the best-fit IT solutions
• Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable technical designs
• Support project planning and RFP processes with your technical and strategic input
• Stay in tune with industry trends to help shape our IT roadmap in line with future business goals
• Communicate ideas and solutions effectively to both business and technical audiences
• Availability for travelling

Core Skills / Experience

• A degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field - or an equivalent industry-recognized qualification
• Hands-on experience designing IT solutions, ideally within a BPO or service-focused environment
• Familiarity with structured project work, including process mapping and modeling
• A good understanding of budgeting and financial forecasting for technical projects
• Knowledge of IT architecture, software development life cycles, and enterprise platforms
• Familiarity with contact center technologies, unified communications, and data analytics tools
