Currently, we are expanding our Customer Service department and are looking for a Customer Experience Escalation Specialist.

Job purpose :

Your role is to provide exceptional support to our Italian and Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring a seamless booking experience.

You will be the first contact point for travelers, assisting with inquiries, modifications, and resolving issues with high standards of service, building trust and ensuring customer satisfaction through empathetic and proactive communication.

Our team is passionate about turning travel dreams into reality, providing personalized attention and care. We stay updated on travel information to help customers make informed decisions, listening carefully to their needs and preferences.

What you’ll do :
  • Liaise with customers and partners via phone and email to resolve issues such as changes, cancellations, or special requests.
  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and positive experiences.
  • Participate in new projects as needed.
What you will bring :
  • Over 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Fluency in Italian and Spanish.
  • Problem-solving motivation.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (including Excel).
  • Teamwork ability.
  • Open to giving and receiving feedback.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with multitasking ability.
  • Result-oriented and driven.
  • Experience working with KPIs or targets.

  • Part-time schedule: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts from 15h to 19h.
