How you will create an impact:

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for IT to optimize costs, quality, and supplier performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, potential suppliers, and innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT and Technology leadership to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
  • Manage the IT supplier contract portfolio, identifying opportunities for optimization and renewal.
  • Lead supplier evaluation, selection, and negotiation to secure favorable terms.
  • Maintain supplier relationships through regular reviews, KPI tracking, and performance improvements.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency within IT.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations throughout procurement activities.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks in the IT supply chain.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on procurement best practices and contract management.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and innovations in IT procurement.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA or certifications like CSCP, CPSM are a plus.
  • Approximately seven years of experience in IT procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier management, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Deep knowledge of IT products and services, including hardware, software, cloud, and telecom.
  • Understanding of contract law, procurement regulations, and ethical sourcing.
  • Proven success in managing complex procurement projects and achieving cost savings.
  • Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and MS Office.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and financial analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, results-driven, adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and implement change.
