The Role

As a BDR at Qatium , your primary goal will be to book meetings with water utilities , creating the first step toward successful partnerships. You will play a critical role in expanding our reach and building relationships with key stakeholders in the water sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage water utilities across Europe through outreach, prospecting, and targeted campaigns .
  • Book meetings with key decision-makers (utility managers, operators, and executives).
  • Qualify leads based on utility size, digital maturity, and interest in Qatium’s solutions .
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging .
  • Track all activities in HubSpot CRM to ensure a structured and data-driven approach.
  • Represent Qatium at industry events, conferences, and webinars to connect with potential prospects.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field. Experience in SaaS or the water sector is a plus.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset , with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English ; additional European languages (French, Spanish, German, Italian, etc.) are a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach , including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn messaging.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple conversations at different stages.
  • A passion for technology, sustainability, and helping utilities modernize their operations.
