The primary responsibility of this role is to perform tasks related to publishing, assessing, and enhancing the quality of content in the Prime Video catalogue, under supervision. The role involves making high-judgment decisions following standard procedures.

Key job responsibilities

• Execute standard, small-scale projects or components to improve processes, using tools or reporting to meet quality metrics.
• Manage escalations on routine tasks.
• Create or fix media assets such as subtitles, metadata, or artwork with high quality.

About the team

The Prime Video Global Operations team, with sites in Chennai, India, and San Jose, Costa Rica, collaborates with stakeholders across Prime Video to oversee asset delivery, system processing, and content publishing. The team ensures a defect-free, complete, and timely content experience for global audiences, focusing on device-agnostic search, discovery, and playback.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to deliver results and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Critical thinking skills and ability to provide insights on creative content.
• Understanding of digital media and video supply chain.
• Experience in post-production or content publishing quality management.
• Fluency in German, Italian, or French, with knowledge of regional jargon, is a plus.
