Were looking for a Maintenance Corrective Supervisor to join our Operations team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Maintenance Corrective Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the Corrective Maintenance team, including shift leaders and technicians, to meet the daily operational needs.

Your main focus :

• Serve as the maintenance leader for PKG MKG.
• Manage the top 5 priorities of the plant daily.
• Oversee people management and organization on a weekly basis.
• Conduct daily and weekly DDS of priority lines.
• Perform monthly reviews of 100% of packing line performance.
• Follow up on weekly KPIs, including BD MTBF and other indicators.
• Act as the machine safety owner for the Granollers site and LOTO leader.
• Monitor the maintenance corrective budget.
• Assist task forces for priority lines.

The team consists of 20 technicians and 3 shift leaders. You will collaborate closely with various internal departments and external maintenance teams. All colleagues are result-oriented and proactive, supporting the dynamic environment. Your focus will be on corrective maintenance support, with opportunities to collaborate with other maintenance and engineering departments.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You enjoy managing daily operational tasks and resolving ad hoc problems on the lines. As an experienced Maintenance Corrective Coordinator, you are an autonomous technical specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Additionally, you :

• Have a technical degree in a related field.
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial sector (pharmacy, food, cosmetics, automotive).
• Have a good command of English; intermediate level in speaking and writing (mandatory).
• Are results-oriented with analytical thinking skills for work management.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have leadership experience and the ability to organize department activities.
