A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Nursing Manager to support strategic planning and ensure quality nursing care. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive nursing experience, and the ability to foster teamwork. Collaborate with the Nurse Manager in supporting strategic and operational planning and execution.
Provide clinical support and guidance to Staff Nurses, making appropriate clinical and managerial decisions.
Ensure the delivery of quality nursing care to patients and families, and maintain regulatory standards.
Demonstrate effective transformational leadership, fostering a positive and safe working environment.
Participate in the development and adherence to scope of service and policies related to the unit.
Actively participate in committees and/or teams, representing the unit, organization, and nursing profession.

Provide required cover for the unit Nurse Manager in his/her absence.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a Higher Education Diploma in Nursing.
Experience : 4+ years progressive nursing experience, with at least 1 year of unit in-charge experience. Participation in improvement projects or initiatives and hospital accreditation (e.g., JCI, CBAHI) is desirable. Magnet journey accreditation experience is also preferred.
