Our client, an international company undergoing an exciting phase of digital transformation and innovation, is seeking a Global Technology & Digital Transformation Director to lead its technology and digital agenda globally. This is a unique opportunity to shape the company’s future by driving strategic tech initiatives, fostering innovation, and leveraging the power of artificial intelligence and advanced analytics. To lead and accelerate innovation, operational efficiency, and digital transformation through the strategic integration of emerging technologies—particularly AI and advanced analytics—while safeguarding information security and aligning with evolving business needs.

Define and deploy the IT & Digital strategy in alignment with business goals.

Lead digital transformation programs with a strong focus on AI, advanced analytics and automation.

Optimize IT budgets (CapEx / OpEx), ensuring efficiency and ROI.

Lead and develop high-performing IT teams with a culture of innovation.

Manage key technology vendors and strategic partnerships.

Foster AI adoption and data-driven decision-making across functions.

Oversee successful execution of strategic IT projects.

Promote process automation and digital efficiency company-wide.

Provide clear reporting to top leadership on KPIs, infrastructure, and project milestones.

Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Master’s in IT Management or related postgraduate studies. MBA is a plus.

Cybersecurity certifications or training highly appreciated.

Strong background in IT strategy, digital transformation, and team leadership.

Expertise in Cloud, ERP systems, CRM, BI tools, and cybersecurity.

Familiarity with AI, RPA, and process automation technologies is a plus.

English proficiency at a C1 level is required.
