Descripción del empleo

Drive and influence the strategy for your product(s), following the full product development life cycle while representing market and technology trends.

Provide product domain and industry expertise on strategy, technical implementation, and operational processes.

Evangelize the product(s) and platform with internal stakeholders and clients as a subject matter expert.

Lead product discovery efforts and drive opportunity assessments.

Ensure end-to-end product definition and delivery of solutions.

Articulate the product strategy, technical implementation, and operational processes effectively.

Partner with global teams across R&D, marketing, operations, sales, and finance to ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 20+ years of experience in a product role, with background in technology, operations, or data science.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
• Strong experience in data modeling and applying AI / ML technologies.
• Industry leadership in FMCG and / or retail is a plus.
• Good understanding of technical concepts, services, and implementations.
• Passion for tackling new challenges and diving into details.
• Ability to connect client benefits to product design and articulate value to stakeholders.
• Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative, and flexible environments.
• Enjoys defining the undefined and challenging the status quo.
