  1. Provide excellent customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.

  4. Keep accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
  5. Assist clients during onboarding, helping them understand our products and services.

  7. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with product information and support best practices.
Requirements
  1. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
  2. Previous experience in customer support or client-facing roles is preferred.

  4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
