What we're looking for

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to set strategy and make executive technology decisions on behalf of the organization, including managing a technology budget and making necessary investments to align the organization with its technological vision.

Working directly with the management team, you will act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions impacting current and future operations.

As the CTO, you will oversee all technology resources, establish the technology vision, strategies, and growth plans.

This role requires supporting a growth strategy by expanding existing customer relationships, anticipating future needs, developing new business opportunities, and cultivating partner relationships.

What your day-to-day will look like :

1. Hiring, empowering, and training new team members
2. Defining the tech strategy and setting ambitious goals for your team
3. Managing infrastructure and owning platform security & scalability
4. Identifying, comparing, selecting, and implementing tech solutions to meet business needs
5. Designing and leading the implementation of our technology strategy

You will thrive if you have :

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field; Master’s degree in business or a technology-related discipline preferred
• Extensive experience as an engineer
• At least 5-7 years experience in executive leadership roles
• Experience managing complex tech projects with a track record of innovation, design, development, and implementation
• A strong understanding of how to drive a thriving engineering culture
• Experience partnering with Product & Business units to break down large projects into teams with rapid milestones and clear outcomes
• Experience ensuring appropriate software development processes are in place and adapted to organizational needs
• Ability to execute a data-driven decision-making approach
• Proven technical leadership at the enterprise level
• Success in building high-performing technical teams in fast-growing companies
• Strategic thinking and effective communication skills
• Experience in Fintech companies is a big plus
