Formación

• 5+ años de experiencia en posiciones similares en finanzas.
• Experiencia en auditoría y conocimiento de IFRS es esencial.

About the job

In Finance, we are mainly in charge of those sets of administrative tasks that support business operations and provide economic insights for ensuring the best resource allocation for high performance and growth. Your main responsibilities would be:

• Preparing accurate financial statements in compliance with regulations and reporting of management accounts, as well as economic performance metrics for the different business units.
• Supervising the Company's accounting cycle in collaboration with the involved teams, ensuring their training and development when necessary.
• Collaborating in a cross-functional management with accounting and tax advisors.
• Accurately maintaining the accounting books, as well as providing timely and precise accounting information to the different departments.
• Monitoring fixed assets (inventory, assets under construction, etc.).
• Implementing and improving internal control procedures and collaborating in audit processes.
• Optimizing accounting processes through the implementation of automation.
• Preparing tax information for declaration by our national and international partners.

About you

• BA in Finances, Accounting, Business Administration or similar.
• MA is highly valued.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions.
• Experience in Auditing.
• Knowledge of international accounting (IFRS).
• Good use of ERPs (preferably Navision or Business Central).
• Analytical and strategic mindset.
• Proactivity and result-orientation.
• Fluent level of English and Spanish.
