Formación

The purpose of this role is to provide strong leadership to a successful Digital Transformation rollout in Urology through BOOST uXcelerate & P Activate programs across EMEA. Demonstrates proven capability to manage multiple project teams to complete project milestones and drive Value Improvement efforts in the EMEA BOOST uXcelerate & P-Activate programs, both within EMEA workstreams and Cluster workstreams, to drive implementation. Works with BOOST uXcelerate & P-Activate programs' core teams, Ambassador network, and local teams to resolve technical, logistical, resource, and team interaction problems. Drives Cluster accountability on program implementation and explores new approaches to encountered problems. Work is planned and performed with minimal general instructions regarding objectives.

BSC EMEA requires a Project Manager to support BOOST uXcelerate & P-Activate programs, a new strategic transformational initiative. The role involves working closely with EMEA Uro functions, cross-divisional COEs, and Clusters to roll out the program aligned with the defined vision, drive integrated activities, and establish clear operating mechanisms for all workstreams to achieve key goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage design, planning, and implementation of projects: develop project plans outlining scope, work activities, timelines, roles, and resources; lead implementation teams including EMEA, ambassador network, and local country & leadership teams; collaborate with Cluster management, ambassador network, and EMEA stakeholders to develop and communicate supporting infrastructure such as program guidelines, processes, and training programs.
  2. Provide regular updates to BOOST uXcelerate & P-Activate programs' leadership and stakeholders through reports and meetings, communicating progress and findings.
  3. Partner with key stakeholders (EMEA and Cluster) to develop change management strategies and tactics, enabling long-term change through a collaborative approach.
  4. Coordinate with program leads to develop and follow-up on comprehensive measurement tools (KPIs) to assess project effectiveness.
  5. Develop and deliver project recommendations to stakeholders and maintain regular communication.
  6. Lead and foster communities of practice utilizing collaboration tools.
  7. Identify resources required for project activities and form teams as necessary.
  8. Coordinate relevant resources for change delivery, integration, and planning.
  9. Elevate issues and clear barriers to team progress; resolve conflicts promptly and involve management as needed.
  10. Manage multiple projects simultaneously as required.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of complex Project and Program Management experience.
  • Experience in Pharma and/or Med device industry is a plus.
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and lead others in project and program management.
  • Experience in process design and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of Change Management practices, with excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of programs/products at a strategic level.
  • Strong experience interacting with multiple internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, and support functions).
  • Ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels and with external vendors/consultants.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility.
