At Axpo, Switzerland's leading energy company, we are looking for a Jira Administrator to take charge of our Jira and Jira Service Management instances. Join us and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our project management landscape.

What you will do :

1. Administer and manage Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM) instances including user management and project configurations.
2. Customize workflows, screens, fields, and permissions to align with team needs.
3. Implement and maintain JSM projects including service desk configurations and automation rules.
4. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Jira and JSM users.
5. Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and implement productivity-enhancing solutions.
6. Deliver training sessions and documentation for end users.

What you bring & who you are :

• At least 2 years of experience administering Jira and/or Jira Service Management.
• Expertise in Jira workflows, permissions, and customization.
• Experience with advanced Jira customizations (Automation for Jira, ScriptRunner).
• Familiarity with Jira's REST APIs; scripting experience in Groovy or Python is a plus.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
