What impact you will have

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to lead and drive our technology operations and strategy in a fast-paced international environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, extensive expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, and a proven track record in managing budgets and IT infrastructure.

What you'll do

1. Oversee and manage IT operations ensuring reliable and efficient technology performance across all departments.
2. Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 environments maintaining high levels of security and operational efficiency.
3. Develop, monitor, and control IT budgets ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and goals.
4. Establish and enforce IT policies and best practices in alignment with global corporate standards.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive and support digital transformation initiatives.
6. Ensure compliance with international IT standards, security protocols, and industry regulations.
7. Manage and maintain network infrastructure including both LAN and WAN to ensure seamless connectivity and performance.
8. Oversee the use and deployment of security appliances to safeguard organizational assets.

What you'll need

1. 5-10 years of experience in IT management roles with a proven ability to lead teams and manage IT operations.
2. In-depth expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and enterprise-level IT solutions.
3. Strong background in networking (LAN/WAN) and network management.
4. Extensive experience with security appliances and threat management systems.
5. Solid experience in budget management ensuring cost-effective technology investments.
6. Proven experience working in international business environments and managing cross-functional collaboration.
7. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
8. Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive IT strategy, foster team performance, and promote innovation.
