Your role :

• Define digital transformation strategies (external, internal, and business model transformation).
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess client requirements.
• Analyze client needs and diagnose current situations.
• Identify potential solutions for current challenges.
• Develop project and commercial proposals adhering to NTT Data standards.
• Prepare and present commercial offers.
• Facilitate workshops with clients and stakeholders.
• Defend approaches and deliverables with high-level stakeholders.
• Supervise junior consultants, organizing their work and coaching for quality.
• Present project results to clients and manage meetings for decision-making.
• Contribute to the growth of the Business Consulting division.

Specific requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Political Science, or similar.
• Optional health-specific training (Public Health, Medicine, Pharmacy, Bioengineering).
• Over 3 years of consultancy experience.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages advantageous.
