Role Overview :

In this role, you’ll be overseeing an international team working on a global project for a B2C client. This role is remote and will require you to work cross-functionally with our HQ and global team within international time zones.

Note : This is a short-term role from Feb to May 2025 with a 40 hours / week requirement.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Organization and Prioritizing : Work with HQ to ensure that priorities are being met and messaged to the global team. Organize the team and the workflow so that deadlines are met.
  • Management : Keep the team’s efforts and deliverables on track and on schedule.
  • Monitor, Measuring, and Reporting : Daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring, measuring, and reporting to HQ so that HQ and the client are aware of current project status. This includes tracking team members toward their respective goals.
  • Client-Facing Meetings & Team Representation : Attend regular (3-5x per week) standups with HQ and the client to communicate goal progress, challenges, and next steps to ensure alignment and proactive problem-solving.
  • Communication : Overly communicative with the HQ team so that blockers and challenges are met with proactive energy rather than reactive verve.
  • Resource Allocation : Awareness of current team resources as it pertains to workload related to deadlines and goals; ability to reallocate resources should there be a need once discussed and approved by HQ.
  • Quality Control : Ensure that the global team’s work is up to HQ and client standards.

Requirements :

  • Experience : At least 2-3 years of project management, preferably with some international experience.
  • Writing Skills : Ability to write client- and consumer-facing collateral.
  • Time Management : You are highly organized and have the ability to prioritize what is important, understanding that HQ is based in Los Angeles and you may be working across international time zones.
  • Platform Expertise : You have a thorough understanding and are a user of major search and social platforms (Bing, Facebook, Google, Instagram, Line, Pinterest, Snap, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, and others) as well as travel aggregators.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit : You can manage a team in a fast-moving environment.
  • Availability : This is a contract position for 4 months, with the possibility to extend the contract one more month.
