The role involves driving new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Formación

  • Proven success in generating new business, preferably in Ad Tech.
  • Strong network in Polish market, especially in ecommerce and finance.
  • Fluent in English and Polish; knowledge of other Eastern European languages is a plus.

What You'll Do
  • Achieve or surpass quarterly financial targets
  • Conduct sales activities such as prospecting, cold calls, videoconferencing negotiations, and face-to-face meetings to advance prospects through the sales cycle
  • Educate prospects on the Criteo Commerce Growth Platform to help manage their campaign targets (e.g., ROAS)
  • Stay updated on industry and product trends to maintain expertise
  • Collaborate with internal teams (account management, creative, technical, legal, etc.) to ensure high client satisfaction
Who You Are
  • Proven success in generating new business, preferably within the Ad Tech industry
  • Strong network in the Polish market, particularly in ecommerce, finance, and automotive sectors
  • Effective pipeline management and revenue forecasting skills
  • Excellent presentation skills to engage clients at all levels
  • Team-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset, customer focus, and determination to succeed
  • Fluent in English and Polish; knowledge of other Eastern European languages is advantageous
