Project Manager
to join our team for a
construction project in the USA.

The Project Manager is responsible for identifying ways to accelerate work, reduce costs, increase markups, save indirect costs, and leverage opportunities to boost profits across multiple projects.
Ensures a Safety First attitude through project and field management, down to every crew member. Supervises, manages, and directs the selection, training, development, appraisal, and work assignments of personnel. Develops and maintains working relationships with the owner or the owner’s representative. Has a strong understanding of work specifications and contractual responsibilities to anticipate conflicts across multiple projects. Reviews project subcontracts, purchase orders, and monthly pay estimates. Approves the selection of subcontractors and suppliers. Creates, reviews, and forecasts budgets for multiple projects. Coordinates construction crews, equipment, and materials between projects. Monitors project schedules to identify risks and opportunities with clients. Maintains accurate information on real production, quantities, cost coding, and inventory. Complies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Reports unsafe activities to supervisors and/or Human Resources. Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. Provides leadership through example and knowledge sharing.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in photovoltaic plants of >70 MW, working directly with construction companies. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. BS in Construction Management, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
Proficient in personal computer skills including email, record keeping, database activity, word processing, spreadsheets, etc. Experience with software such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and project management tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera.
Monday to Friday : 40 hours weekly.
