Integrations enable our clients to seamlessly exchange critical business data between their backend data systems and JOOR’s platform. As a member of the Integrations team, you’ll tackle complex integration-related problems and implement solutions supporting a range of clients from emerging, independent businesses to global brands and retailers. We seek a candidate with technical skills and a teamwork mindset, eager to develop and enhance our integrations technology, tools, and data flows.

What You'll Be Doing :

  1. Implement :
  • Build and maintain integration connectors, including strategic connectors.
  • Monitor issues and keep existing connectors up-to-date.
  • Lead strategic projects related to our integrations technology, including API enhancements, building self-serve solutions, automation tools, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Manage :
    • Lead and support Integrations Engineers in their implementation tasks.
  • Partner :
    • Collaborate with Sales, Client Management, Product Management, and Engineering to improve the product and client experience.
    • Facilitate technical learning sessions for internal and external audiences.
    • Support pre-sales efforts as an integrations consultant during client prospect calls.
    • Provide troubleshooting support for Tier 3 client integration issues.
  • Develop :
    • Stay informed about market solutions and trends.
    • Proactively suggest improvements in tools, processes, strategies, and technology.
