Sales & Procurement Manager: Fruit & Vegetables (m/f/d) – Spain

We are seeking a dedicated Sales & Procurement Manager to join our team in Spain, specializing in fruit and vegetables.

1. Maintain existing producer relationships and develop new partnerships.
2. Provide intensive customer care, conduct price negotiations, and perform calculations.
3. Observe market trends and analyze the competitive landscape.
4. Visit suppliers and customers regularly.
5. Contribute successfully to sales and profit targets.
6. Handle administrative processing of orders and logistics.
7. Preferably have experience in the food sector, especially with fruit and vegetables.
8. Be confident in using MS Office; experience with MS Dynamics NAV is desirable.
9. Demonstrate a confident manner, strong negotiating skills, and decisiveness.
10. Exhibit diplomatic skills, persuasiveness, and tenacity.
11. Show flexibility, initiative, and team spirit.
