Proficiency in SAP Transport management
Strong understanding of SAP and IT change / release management processes
7+ years of experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors environment (design, development, deployment, SAP architecture)
Good written and oral communication skills in English
Proven customer experience : ability to interact with clients at all organizational levels in a multi-cultural environment
Transport Management :
Plan and execute Release Management processes and governance
Oversee the transport process within SAP, ensuring timely and accurate movement of changes across landscapes
Manage and control all release and change activities, including testing and risk management
Define, maintain and communicate the detailed plan for each release (SAP, SAP addons, other products) for internal SAP landscape as well as customer specific
User Management - Authorizations :
Manage user accounts and authorizations in SAP, ensuring compliance with security policies
Conduct regular audits of user access and roles to maintain data integrity and security
Provide support for user-related issues and training on authorization processes
Global Framework :
Develop and maintain naming conventions and methodologies for SAP processes
Ensure that all SAP activities align with the global framework and best practices
