Manager, HR Services Audit & Compliance, will assist in executing FME’s compliance program by designing, aligning, and rolling out our HR Services Audit & Compliance program. The role will lead a team responsible for activities to prevent, detect, and respond to emerging risks. The role will partner with global and local teams to define and implement controls, drive third-party management, conduct audits, and follow up on remediation measures.

Your Tasks :

  • Lead a team of Senior Business Analysts, establishing goals, assigning tasks, and maintaining schedules.
  • Design, develop, and execute the HR Services Audit and Compliance strategy.
  • Develop and oversee the HR Services Audit and Compliance framework.
  • Create and implement programs to achieve strategic vision.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to determine the framework and execution of Global Internal Audit (GIA) processes for HR Services, including HR Managers, HR Operations, and Payroll Operations.
  • Ensure global internal controls are designed and implemented for HR Services.
  • Provide guidance on local HR internal controls, ensuring alignment with global standards and determining when local controls are necessary.
  • Lead discussions with HR and Payroll Global Process Owners on process design and HR Service model transitions.
  • Oversee team’s administration of periodic audits of Workday, Payroll, and Time & Attendance security roles.
  • Collaborate with teams to address audit findings, determining preventive and corrective actions at various levels.
  • Partner with stakeholders to validate compliance with legislative changes and company policies across processes and systems.
  • Coordinate with Internal Controls, Information Security, Compliance, and Data Privacy to ensure third-party contracts and resiliency plans meet standards.
  • Act as escalation point for compliance incidents affecting HR Services, such as data breaches or regulation misinterpretations.
  • Oversee and report on HR risk management activities biannually.
  • Design and coordinate pre-audit readiness assessments quarterly.
  • Lead communication and management of data security incidents.
  • Develop and deliver HR Service audit and compliance training.
  • Coordinate with external auditors on audit activities.
  • Develop tools like job aids and checklists to facilitate audit processes.
  • Communicate updates and changes to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on HR governance quality frameworks and ensure standards (including SOX) are met.
  • Lead projects involving data process adjustments and security protocols.
  • Support vendor management and escalation processes.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Your Profile :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 6+ years’ experience in HR or Audit / Compliance roles.
  • Experience in multi-country audit and compliance activities.
  • Knowledge of policy / legal changes, HR / payroll audit frameworks, and compliance standards.
  • Nice to have : experience with HR Service model adoption or M&A activities, business resiliency planning, external audits.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate information critically.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills across functions.
  • Detail-oriented, goal-driven, and accountable.
  • Knowledge of HR and Payroll processes, SOX, GDPR, and data protection standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools, HCM systems (preferably Workday), and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages preferred.
  • Flexible working hours and willingness to travel.
