What will you be doing?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to support one of our key clients in the capacity of Operations Director. The role will be responsible for the effective delivery of the candidate sourcing and coordination activities globally; leading a team of 80+ FTE based in remote locations and Delivery Centre environments across 10+ locations.

The role involves ensuring efficient processes, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving financial and operational goals while fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver required productivity and commercial outcomes to meet the account’s P&L objectives.
• Ensure the Sourcing and coordination teams are adequately resourced to support dynamic global volumes.
• Ensure client specific training and onboarding processes are established and effective for all locations.
• Implement and monitor a coherent set of internal KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of each function.
• Use live monitoring and data and trends to identify and respond to performance or capacity issues proactively.
• Respond to any escalations or service delivery issues in a timely fashion – implementing service improvement plans and tracking to conclusion.
• Develop effective tools to monitor workflow and load-balance effectively across regions and globally.

Collaborate with the Global Account Director and Global Account Managers in order to define continuous improvement plans around sourcing and coordination activities, developing the delivery model and location strategy as the account matures.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the client TA CoE in order to build a roadmap of efficiencies through best cost delivery and the standardisation and automation of processes.

Ensure accurate and real-time usage of recruitment systems to provide appropriate & accurate reporting to stakeholders.

Partner with the MD for Delivery Centres and Centre Leads to ensure that service delivery evolves in line with Page Group’s global delivery centre strategy.

What we are looking for?

• Proven track record in managing complex, global operations with an RPO / BPO environment.
• Experience in financial management, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
• Understanding of high volume candidate sourcing and administration – Target Operating Models, digital solutions and outcomes.
• Strong leadership and management skills, preferably within a delivery centre, BPO, or similar environment.
• Strong analytical, data-driven and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges.
• Customer Focus – Commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
