An innovative firm is seeking a senior Organisational Change Management Specialist for a remote role with a 12-month initial contract. You will play a crucial role in implementing change templates and managing change across various ERP projects, including a new SAP S/4HANA implementation. Formación

• 8+ years of Organisational Change Management experience.

Organisational Change Management Specialist - 12 months + ext.

Remote

On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a new opportunity for a senior Organisational Change Management Specialist to join them on an initial 12 months contract with long-term scope. This contract is to start ASAP and will be almost completely remote with some potential occasional travel on-site within Europe. You will be joining an OCM technology team and be involved in multiple projects, ranging from a new SAP S / 4HANA implementation across other ERP projects.

You will be responsible for implementing and executing change templates.

Specific skills / experience required :

• 8+ years of specific Organisational Change Management experience.
• 4+ years experience managing change for ERP / SAP implementations.
• Strong experience with change management frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci).
• Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or commercial environments.
• Experience managing change in multicultural settings.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is an advantage.
• Availability to join within 4 weeks.
• Candidates MUST be based in Europe.
