The Role

We seek a Junior Sales Account Executive to join our remote EMEA team. Your primary goal will be managing inbound requests from prospective clients in EMEA and converting them into paying customers using various sales techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound inquiries (calls, emails, demos, meetings) from potential customers in your territory.
  • Assist customers in solving complex problems using Ideals’ tools and techniques.
  • Achieve high Lead-to-Deal conversion rates while maintaining sales process compliance.
  • Present products through online and offline demonstrations.
  • Gather and share market insights to enhance the sales process.
  • Provide an excellent buying experience.
  • Nurture and reactivate previously unqualified or lost deals to convert them into customers.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a full sales cycle role within a SaaS environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, demonstrating enthusiasm.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
  • Quick learner with the ability to process new information efficiently.
  • Strong skills in problem identification and handling objections.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events and client meetings.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience selling financial products or services.
  • Additional language skills.
