The role involves recording short conversations, reviewing recordings, and maintaining high audio quality. Ideal candidates will have native Spanish fluency and experience in voice-related work.

Formación

• Native Spanish speaker with voice-related experience.

About Outlier

Requirements :

• Native fluency in Spanish
• Ability to express a wide range of emotions through voice
• Ability to record in a quiet environment without background noise
• Access to an at-home recording studio
• Experience with voice-related work (e.g., voiceover acting, podcasting, audio narration)
• Access to a high-fidelity microphone for recordings

Nice to Haves :

• Background in acting, classical voice training, or vocal music
• Access to an audio interface device

Responsibilities :

• Record short conversations conveying different emotions, accents, and audio modulations
• Review and provide feedback on recordings made by others
• Review and edit scripts
• Maintain high-quality audio recordings
• Save files to Audacity and organize files properly
• Refer to the FAQ document for common questions

Payment :

• Up to $60 USD per hour for core voice recording work
